PB and Chocolate Energy Bites

I adore energy balls! Small bite-size bundles of yumminess, chock full of healthy goodness! Packing lots of healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein, they are just right for fueling any sort of workout!

1/4 C unsalted peanuts or almonds, chopped
1 C pitted dates, chopped
2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 C natural peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
splash of vanilla

Instructions
Combine peanuts, dates, and cocoa in food processor or mix by hand.
Combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla, chia and flaxseed. Add to date mixture and mix well.
Scoop into balls (~1 tbsp) and store in freezer.
